The Beaveroni is our take on the classic Negroni. Instead of gin, we use Beaver’s Dram, a four-year-old Canadian rye whisky finished in port casks. The result is a well-rounded, approachable yet characterful cocktail.

Select Aperitivo adds a pleasantly balanced hint of bitterness, whilst La Copa Vermouth lends additional depth with its spicy complexity. Combined with Beaver’s Dram, the result is a harmoniously balanced drink that preserves the character of the original whilst introducing new dimensions.
