Seven Seals The Age of Gemini offers a tantalizing nose with balanced sweetness and smoky woodiness. Aromas of prunes, open fire, salted pretzels, wine, peanuts and wholemeal bread. The palate reveals a high flavor intensity of roasted almonds, cinnamon, wine, coffee, liquorice and overripe fruit. The finish is long-lasting and dry with playful tannins. Aromas of shortbread, raisins and sbrinz round off the taste experience, while the smoke reappears.
